Delivery Policy

We ship via UPS, USPS or FEDEX at the discretion of our Shipping Manager.  If you have a preference for one or the other please add a note or message at checkout where indicated. Because UPS and FEDEX do not deliver to  P.O. boxes all shipments to a P.O. box address will ship via USPS. 

As a benefit to our customers, our shipping charges are set on a simple, discounted, flat-rate schedule whereby the shipping charge to the customer is determined only by the in-transit time selected by the customer at check out. The weight of the shipment does not factor into the shipping charge to the customer. The result is that the customer is generally charged less than the actual shipping cost to Kuhi Comfort, Inc.   

Kuhi Comfort, Inc offers Ground (5-7 business days), Express (3 - 5 business days)  and Next Day Air (must be ordered by 9am PST) shipping to all of our customers who place orders to be shipped to one of the 48 contiguous United States.  Orders to be shipped outside of the 48 contiguous United States  are sent by method determined by Kuhi Comfort, Inc based on weight and other factors.  If you are ordering to ship outside the 48 contiguous United States, please choose either the Express or Next Day Air Shipping Rate.

Delivery and Lead Time:
Since UPS and FEDEX do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping), the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. For example: A Next Day Air order, leaving our warehouse on a Friday for New York, will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time.

Ground shipping:

Orders for items that are in stock usually ship within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. 
Express shipping (Next Day & Express Shipping):
These orders are given top priority. Express and Next Day orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends. Barring exceptions, if an Express or Next Day order is placed before 12 noon (Pacific Time), it will usually ship out that same day.

Tracking Your Packages
You may receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores:

Canceling an Order:
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling 
1.888.729.5508. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our return policy for returns.

Risk of Loss:
All items purchased from this site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It is the responsibility of consumer to file any claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
